Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Proactively find potential customers (students, parents, institutions) through online channels, calls, emails, and social media.
Counselling & Needs Analysis:
Understand customer needs, learning goals, and challenges to recommend suitable products available in our application.
Virtual Presentations & Demos:
Conduct online meetings/webinars to showcase product features, benefits, and value proposition to students.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage leads from initial contact to closing deals, maintaining a robust sales pipeline regarding our educational products.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships through effective support and follow-ups.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Sales Acumen:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in education, EdTech, or B2C services.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with online tools, CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.
Product Knowledge:
Deep understanding of educational offerings, learning methodologies, and industry trends.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Education often preferred).
