for our fashion brand. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through e-commerce portals and direct client interactions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Offline Sales:
Conduct telephonic and direct sales to clients, boutiques, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and ensure conversions.
Build and retain long-term customer relationships.
Online Sales:
Manage product listings and updates across all online platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.).
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online promotions and campaigns.
Handle online customer inquiries, track orders, and ensure timely dispatches.
Monitor online performance and prepare sales reports.
Coordination & Reporting:
Maintain daily sales records (online + offline).
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Share feedback and ideas to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in fashion/apparel sales (online or offline).
Familiarity with e-commerce portals and CRM tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Skills Required:
Excellent sales and customer-handling abilities.
Good understanding of fashion trends and products.
Strong multitasking and follow-up skills.
