Key Responsibilities
Drive in-store and direct sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver a
personalized luxury customer experience
, ensuring superior service standards at every touchpoint.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and VIP customers.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of eyewear collections, materials, design, and craftsmanship.
Assist clients with style consultations, frame selections, and lens customizations.
Maintain an updated client database (CRM) and proactively follow up with customers for repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with store management and visual merchandising teams to maintain brand image and store presentation.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and fashion insights to position the brand effectively.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2-5 years) in
luxury retail sales
, preferably in eyewear, fashion, or accessories.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
Ability to build trust and connect with a high-net-worth clientele.
Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, or French are an advantage).
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
