Online Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for experienced and passionate sales and customer care professionals for our web chat team to represent the Kanakavalli brand experience online and drive sales through excellent customer experience. The core responsibilities are as follows: \xef\x82\xb7 Respond quickly and accurately to customer enquiries via an interactive chat programme Be up to date with the products and services offered by Kanakavalli \xef\x82\xb7 Follow through on customer enquiries in pursuit of order fulfilment \xef\x82\xb7 Focus on customer care and experience by building a relationship with customers, understanding needs and tastes \xef\x82\xb7 Supporting customers before, during and after the purchase process \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure customer delight through high quality interactions at every touch point Experience: 6 months experience in sales is preferred, with excellent language skills to reflect the brand\xe2\x80\x99s luxury positioning Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
