Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce website, including content updates, product listings, and troubleshooting. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost online revenue and customer engagement. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns--SEO, PPC, email, and social media--to increase traffic and conversions. Analyze website and sales data to uncover market trends and optimize conversion rates. Manage inventory, coordinate fulfillment, and deliver an outstanding online shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries and drive follow-ups to close online sales.

Qualifications



Degree /Diploma in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred. Has to be good in english. Proven experience managing e-commerce operations and digital sales. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or wordpress Proficiency in Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, and e-commerce best practices.
Knowledge of online sales strategies and digital customer journey optimization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
