Job Description


Position: Online Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to : Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Price Tracking: Monitor daily prices of 150+ SKUs against competitors.
  • Servicability Tracking: Ensure fast delivery at SKU level.
  • Visibility Tracking: Maintain Xiaomi\'s SOV>SOB.
  • OOS & Low Inventory: Manage stock levels and prevent shortages.
  • Partner Collaboration: Coordinate on POs, credit limits, and BGs.
  • Daily Operations: Handle sellout, inventory, and slot coordination.
  • Financial Management: Reconcile, settle claims, and ensure smooth billing.
  • Reporting: Estimate bestseller sellout, track keywords, and compile competition reports.
  • Content Management: Create ASIN/FSN, update PDP.
  • Ad-hoc Requests: Address any additional tasks or requests.
Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Education Qualification : Any Masters (Marketing/Sales Preferred)

Years of Experience : 1-2 years

Skills : MS Excel, Stakeholder Management, Analytical skills
