Online Sales & Customer Support Agent

to handle customer interactions and help grow our online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming queries via CRM. Guide customers with product recommendations and care tips. Convert potential leads into confirmed orders. Handle post-sale queries like delivery issues or plant care support. Maintain records of conversations and update daily sales/feedback reports.

Required Skills

Excellent written and spoken

English

(Hindi is a plus). Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude. Good typing speed and ability to handle multiple chats. Basic knowledge of plants or willingness to learn orchid care. Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets.
