Key Responsibilities:



Drive online sales through CRM platforms and digital communication channels. Engage with customers via web chat, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into purchases. Manage online reputation by addressing customer queries on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Improve

First Response Time (FRT)

and successfully convert website/store leads. Follow up on abandoned cart orders, analyze reasons for drop-offs, and enhance user experience. Work on improving

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) & Net Promoter Score (NPS)

. Collaborate with teams to resolve customer service tickets efficiently. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and conversion trends for process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:



2-3 years of CRM experience

in sales & customer service. Proficiency in CRM platforms like

Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Limechat, etc.

Prior experience in

fine jewellery or premium brands

(preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging customers. Understanding of social media trends & consumer behavior. Strong coordination and communication skills. Commercial awareness with a sales-driven mindset.

Working Days

: 6 days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
