Manage online reputation by addressing customer queries on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Improve
First Response Time (FRT)
and successfully convert website/store leads.
Follow up on abandoned cart orders, analyze reasons for drop-offs, and enhance user experience.
Work on improving
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) & Net Promoter Score (NPS)
.
Collaborate with teams to resolve customer service tickets efficiently.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and conversion trends for process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of CRM experience
in sales & customer service.
Proficiency in CRM platforms like
Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Limechat, etc.
Prior experience in
fine jewellery or premium brands
(preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging customers.
Understanding of social media trends & consumer behavior.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Commercial awareness with a sales-driven mindset.
