Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (IndiaMart, Trade India, Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media
Follow up on online leads and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
Monitor trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to suggest improvements
Use analytics tools to track conversions and bounce rate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B online or eCommerce sales (1-2 years preferred)
Knowledge of online sales platforms like India Mart, Trade India, Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
Familiarity with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, chat tools)
Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and highly organized
Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools
