We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Online Sales & E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online business across all major e-commerce marketplaces and our in-house website. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, product listings, online promotions, order management, website updates, and ensuring a smooth customer journey across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
Manage and optimise product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Ensure product titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images meet platform guidelines and maximise visibility.
Handle day-to-day operations like stock updates, order flow, dispatch coordination, and returns.
Monitor marketplace policies, new tools, and promotional opportunities.
2. In-House Website Management
Update and maintain the company's website (products, banners, collections, offers).
Coordinate with developers for any technical updates or fixes.
Ensure smooth checkout, payment gateway functionality, and user experience.
Analyse website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour using analytics tools.
3. Online Sales & Growth
Plan and execute online sales campaigns, festive promotions, and discount structures.
Work on improving sales performance across all platforms.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify new growth opportunities and launch new products online.
4. Inventory & Coordination
Maintain stock accuracy across all locations and platforms.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for timely order processing.
Forecast demand and communicate production requirements.
5. Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints across platforms.
Ensure a positive buying experience and improve ratings.
6. Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track advertising ROI, product performance, and inventory health.
Share insights and recommendations with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in online sales / e-commerce management.
Strong understanding of marketplace portals and backend dashboards.
Knowledge of Shopify / WordPress / Woo Commerce (or similar CMS).
Ability to manage product catalogues, pricing, and promotions.
Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Google Analytics.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in beauty, fragrances, cosmetics, or retail industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
Ability to create basic creatives or coordinate with designers.

Pay: ₹9,052.48 - ₹32,667.65 per month
