Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries and make outbound sales calls.
Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective sales conversations.
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and customer details in the CRM system.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs.
Follow up with prospective customers to ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
