Job description:We're looking to add a Reddit Community Manager to our ORM team and would love to connect with people who enjoy working with online communities.- Role: Reddit Community Manager (ORM)- Experience: 2+ years of strong hands on Reddit experience- Work mode: Work from Office- Location: Marol Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai- Shift: Fixed day shift (Mon - Fri)- Availability: Immediate to 7 days preferredThis role is primarily focused on Reddit and involves:- Engaging in relevant subreddit discussions with value driven and well researched inputs- Creating discussion oriented posts and questions aligned with community interests- Monitoring ongoing conversations and participating where relevant- Managing and maintaining Reddit profiles in line with community guidelines and posting norms- Tracking overall activity and creating insightful reports- Understanding how Reddit discussions impact AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity (ref:updazz.com)
