Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring Online Presence:

a--? Track and monitor online mentions, reviews, and comments across various digital platforms.
a--? Utilize monitoring tools to stay informed about brand sentiment and address potential issues promptly.

Reputation Analysis:

a--? Conduct an in-depth analysis of online sentiment and trends to identify areas for improvement.
a--? Provide regular reports and insights on the company's online reputation, highlighting areas of concern or success.

Strategic Planning:

a--? Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance and protect the company's online image.
a--? Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align ORM efforts with overall brand goals.

Response and Engagement:

a--? Craft and implement effective responses to online feedback, both positive and negative.
a--? Engage with online communities and customers to build positive relationships and address concerns.

Content Management:

a--? Create and optimize positive content for the company on various platforms to enhance online visibility.
a--? Work with content creators to ensure a consistent and positive brand narrative.

Crisis Management:

a--? Develop crisis management plans to address potential reputation threats swiftly and effectively.
a--? Act as a point of contact for urgent ORM issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

a--? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
a--? Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
a--? Excellent communication and writing skills.
a--? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
a--? ORM and Crisis management experience is a plus.
a--? Familiarity with ORM tools and technologies is a plus.
