We are looking for a

Part-Time Recruitment Consultant

to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, especially in English, and experience or understanding of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and hiring needs Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Maintain candidate database and follow-ups Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent spoken and written English Good interpersonal and communication skills Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes (preferred) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable with phone calls, emails, and online tools (LinkedIn, job portals, MS Word/Excel)
