will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality during all stages of processing -- from raw material reception to finished product packing -- in compliance with company, national, and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks during online processing of cephalopods, fishes, and shrimps.
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for compliance with specifications.
Ensure temperature control, glazing percentage, grading accuracy, and pack weight consistency.
Monitor and record Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hygiene across processing lines.
Verify metal detection, label accuracy, and packaging integrity before final dispatch.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to address quality deviations immediately.
Maintain all QC records, checklists, and batch-wise documentation as per HACCP and BRC standards.
Support internal audits and assist in maintaining compliance with EU, USFDA, and EIC requirements.
Report daily QC observations and non-conformities to the Quality Manager.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Fisheries Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in QC / QA in a seafood processing or export industry (fresh, frozen, or value-added).
Salary:
10000- 16000/ month
