We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Seafood Online Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance for seafood products sold through our online platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in seafood processing and quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining excellence.
Inspect raw and processed seafood for freshness, temperature, texture, and appearance.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of seafood products.
Help monitor temperature and cleanliness in storage areas
Support senior staff in maintaining quality records
Learn food safety standards like HACCP and FSSAI
Help ensure correct labeling and packaging of products
Report any issues to the supervisor
