About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Online Paid Ads Intern to assist our digital marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and managing paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad performance. Monitor ad performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) and generate reports. Optimize campaigns based on performance data and A/B testing results. Collaborate with the content and creative team to design ad creatives and copy. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in online advertising.

Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising. Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
