Responsibilities:

Einstro Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate

OET Trainer

to prepare healthcare professionals for the Occupational English Test (OET). The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, improving students' English language proficiency, and ensuring excellent exam results.

Deliver structured training for

OET Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking

modules Train students according to

OET exam standards and assessment criteria

Develop lesson plans, study materials, mock tests, and practice exercises Evaluate student performance and provide

individual feedback and improvement strategies

Conduct regular mock exams and progress assessments Maintain student attendance, performance records, and reports Motivate and mentor students to achieve required OET band scores Stay updated with the

latest OET exam patterns and guidelines

Support academic initiatives such as workshops, demo sessions, and orientation programs

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field

OET Certification (Preferred)

IELTS/OET/ESL teaching certification is an added advantage

Experience

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in OET / IELTS / English language training Experience training

healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, pharmacists)

preferred

Skills & Competencies

Excellent command of

spoken and written English

Strong knowledge of

OET exam format and evaluation criteria

Effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills Student-centric teaching approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible working hours (morning/evening batches available). Opportunity to work with
