Execution of various assignments throughout all required e-commerce sites (global- per assignment /country). Seasonal - Customer Care representative (upon workload and need)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
New products implementation - registration on online websites
Providing or self - uploading comprehensive product information (inclusive - marketing content)
Reviewing various e-commerce sites for content improvements
Customer Care orientation (being able to support end-consumer on season, and when required, based on appropriate training) - handling questions, comments, and complaints of customers (Frequent communication with customers (distributors/retailers/end consumer) throughout all organizational channels.
Support investigations related to customer experience issues and complaints.
Collaboration with other members of the production, logistics, supply chain, customer support teams, research & development, and quality assurance is paramount to achieve sales and service objectives.
Skill requirements:
Working in a busy environment, with strong multi-task skills - to manage several activities at any one time with tight deadlines.
Well organized with special attention to detail.
Relevant experience & online orientation.
Strong communication skills and teamwork approach.
Ability to work in an independent environment.
High achievement drive - results orientated.
Experience with online portals and product management systems Advantage.
Computer skills - All MS office software - (Excel -MUST). SAP - advantage
Technical orientation - advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
