is responsible for guiding, monitoring, and supporting students enrolled in online learning programs. Working from the office, the mentor ensures students remain engaged, motivated, and on track with their academic goals by providing consistent mentorship, performance tracking, and academic coordination support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for online students within the assigned batch or program.
Monitor students' academic progress, attendance, and engagement through CRM or learning platforms.
Ensure students adhere to their class schedules, assessments, and daily study plans.
2. Motivation & Guidance
Motivate students to maintain focus, consistency, and discipline in their online learning journey.
Counsel students facing difficulties in time management, motivation, or consistency.
Build strong mentor-student relationships that foster trust and academic accountability.
3. Performance Review & Reporting
Track test scores, attendance, and progress data using internal tools (CRM/LeadSquared, etc.).
Identify underperforming students and initiate corrective or motivational interventions.
Prepare and share periodic performance reports with parents and management.
4. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with faculty, academic coordinators, and operations teams for student-related updates.
Schedule follow-ups, doubt sessions, and academic reviews as per student needs.
Communicate updates regarding class schedules, exam dates, and academic notifications to students and parents.
5. Student Relationship Management
Ensure regular interaction with students through calls, messages, and meetings.
Address and escalate academic or technical concerns to the relevant department promptly.
Support students in maintaining a consistent learning rhythm throughout their course duration.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Any Graduate (preferred: Education, Management, or Humanities background).
Experience:
1-3 years in student coordination, academic support, customer relations, or counseling roles.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and tracking abilities
Empathetic and motivational approach towards students
Familiarity with CRM tools (LeadSquared, etc.) is an advantage
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, Online platforms)
