We are looking to hire

BBA freshers (male candidates only)

who are interested in

online marketing through freelancing platforms

such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar portals

. The candidate will be responsible for handling profiles, bidding on projects, and coordinating with potential international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize company profiles on

Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.

Identify relevant projects and

place bids/proposals

as per company guidelines Communicate with international clients via platform chat and email Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams Maintain daily records of bids, responses, and conversions Follow up with prospects to convert leads into projects Ensure compliance with platform rules and company policies

Required Skills & Eligibility:

BBA degree (mandatory) Strong interest in

freelancing platforms & online business development

Good written English communication skills Basic understanding of IT / digital services (training will be provided) Willingness to learn proposal writing and client handling Result-oriented and proactive attitude

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates interested in

Upwork / Freelancer bidding & profile management

Willing to work with

international clients

Freshers eager to start a career in online business development

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
