Manage social media pages, digital ads, and online promotions to increase brand visibility.
Generate quality leads through online platforms and follow up to convert them into sales.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools) and optimize strategies for higher ROI.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure online leads are nurtured and closed effectively.
Maintain customer database (CRM tools) and track sales pipeline from inquiry to closure.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new online market trends for business growth.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on online marketing and sales performance.
Handle client queries via online platforms (chat, WhatsApp, email, calls) in a professional manner.
Work with design and content teams to create engaging digital content for promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in online marketing and sales.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing).
Experience in lead generation, online customer handling, and sales conversion.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
