We are looking for

freshers

who are enthusiastic to learn and grow as an

Online Marketing Executive

.

No prior experience is required

-- complete training will be provided by us.

Role & Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients on

freelancing platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn

. Send

personalized proposals and connection messages

using templates and guidelines provided. Follow up with leads to improve response rate. Maintain accurate records of proposals, responses, and meetings in Google Sheets or CRM. Assist in scheduling calls with potential clients. Learn and apply best practices for online marketing and lead generation.

Requirements:

Freshers only (0-1 year experience) Strong written English and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment Motivated, proactive, and reliable

Working Hours:

Phase 1:

11 AM - 8 PM IST (training + supervised work)

Phase 2 (after 6 months):

2 PM - 10 PM IST (work from home option)
