Job Summary
As an
Online Malayalam Language Trainer
, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Malayalam language lessons to learners of varying proficiency levels. You will plan and execute well-structured online classes, assess learner progress, and employ innovative teaching methods to support language acquisition and fluency.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct
interactive online Malayalam language lessons
using video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
Develop and customize
lesson plans and teaching materials
tailored to student goals and proficiency levels.
Teach core language skills including
speaking, listening, reading, and writing
.
Facilitate engaging discussions, activities, and exercises to enhance learning.
Assign and review homework, projects, and assessments.
Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to students.
Monitor learner progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and learner performance.
Communicate professionally with students and support staff.
Qualifications
Required:
Fluent/native proficiency in Malayalam
and strong command of English (or specified second language).
Previous experience teaching Malayalam (online teaching experience preferred).
Strong understanding of language pedagogy and instructional methods.
Comfortable using digital teaching tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage learners virtually and maintain classroom discipline.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or higher in
Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
.
Experience with
curriculum design
and learner assessment.
Knowledge of other South Indian languages is a plus.
Certification in teaching or language instruction.
