Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and result-driven

Commission Agents

to promote and source loan applications for various financial products, including

Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, Gold Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

As a Commission Agent, you will act as a point of contact between the customer and our financial services, earning attractive commissions for every successful disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential customers in need of loans. Educate clients about available loan products, eligibility, and documentation. Collect necessary documents and assist customers through the application process. Follow up with clients and the backend team for timely disbursal and updates. Maintain a professional relationship with both customers and financial partners. Meet monthly targets to maximize commissions and incentives.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2; graduation preferred. Prior experience in sales, DSA, finance, or banking is an advantage. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Basic understanding of loan products and financial services.
