About the Role:
We are hiring for a proactive and digitally savvy
Online Lead Generation Specialist
to strengthen our Business Development initiatives. This individual will focus on identifying & engaging potential B2B customers for our core offerings including
CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, Network Infrastructure, Fire Alarm Systems & Command Control Room Solutions
.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute targeted
online lead generation campaigns
across platforms such as LinkedIn, IndiaMart, Justdial & Google Business Identify decision-makers from industries such as hospitals, institutions, manufacturing & commercial buildings. Use tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
,
Apollo
, and
ZoomInfo
to build prospect lists aligned with the company's ideal customer profile. Run personalized
email campaigns
tailored to the security and infrastructure needs of the target audience. Work with the marketing team to align content & lead generation activities with website &social media outreach. Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data within the
CRM system
.
Analyze campaign effectiveness through KPIs such as
open rates, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
. Coordinate with the Sales and Presales team to
with qualified leads
with full engagement history and intent signals. Stay updated with market trends, competitor solutions, and industry innovations to improve targeting and messaging.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline
.
2-5 years of experience in online lead generation or inside sales, preferably in B2B or technical domains.
Prior exposure to
security solutions, system integration, IT infrastructure industry
is a strong advantage. Strong digital communication and outreach capabilities via email, LinkedIn, and web platforms.
Knowledge of sales funnels, lead qualification frameworks, and buyer journeys. Analytical mindset with the ability to
track campaign performance and optimize accordingly
.
