Job Summary
The Online Insurance Agent is responsible for selling, managing, and servicing insurance policies through virtual platforms. This role involves engaging with clients via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing to identify their insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, and assist with claims, renewals, and policy changes.?
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and generate new prospects through online channels and referrals.?
Advise clients on suitable insurance policies, including life, health, auto, home, and travel plans.?
Present policy options clearly, addressing customers' coverage needs, premiums, and benefits.?
Prepare and process digital documentation, ensuring all forms and applications are completed accurately.?
Assist in policy renewal, claims support, and customer service follow-ups.?
Use CRM software and digital tools to track leads, follow up on prospects, and manage client accounts.?
Stay updated on industry laws, compliance regulations, and new plan features.?
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for remote interactions.?
Strong sales orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets.?
Familiarity with online marketing tools, CRM systems, and insurance management software.?
Deep understanding of insurance products and basic financial literacy.?
High degree of professionalism and capability to maintain data confidentiality.?
Licensure as an insurance agent (as required by state regulations).?
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Age 45 plus

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
