? Key Responsibilities

Plan and prepare well-structured lessons tailored to the Cambridge Assessment International Education (IGCSE) Deliver live, interactive online classes using digital teaching platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or other LMS) -- engaging students with discussions, explanations, interactive activities. Adapt teaching and lesson plans to accommodate varying student abilities and learning styles (differentiate where needed). Assign homework, projects, practice exercises, and use regular assessments (formative and summative) to monitor student progress. Provide timely, constructive Prepare students for IGCSE examinations: theory, practical (if applicable), exam techniques, revision, past-paper practice, exam format familiarity. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, grades; track progress; prepare periodic progress reports. Communicate with students (and parents, if relevant) about performance and areas for improvement. Provide additional support as required -- e.g. extra help for weak students, remedial sessions, individual attention, personalized learning plans. Collaborate (remotely department heads -- for curriculum planning, resource sharing, and to ensure consistency and quality across teaching. Stay updated on IGCSE syllabus updates, exam pattern changes, and maintain subject knowledge. Engage in periodic professional development if required.
