The Online Geography Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality, learner-centred Geography instruction through virtual platforms, in alignment with Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level and NIOS curriculum requirements. The role emphasises effective online pedagogy, syllabus compliance, ethical academic practices, and student well-being in a digital learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver live and recorded online Geography lessons for Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level and NIOS learners.

Plan and implement lessons aligned with prescribed syllabi, learning outcomes, and assessment objectives.

Use digital tools and resources to support interactive learning, map skills, data interpretation, fieldwork simulations, and case-study analysis.
?
Design, administer, and evaluate assessments in accordance with Cambridge and NIOS board guidelines.
?
Track learner progress, maintain academic records, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
?
Prepare learners for board examinations, including exam skills, revision strategies, and internal assessments where applicable.
?
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and academic integrity policies in online teaching environments.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic leadership teams.
