Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic English-speaking teacher who can conduct engaging online classes to help learners who understand English but hesitate to speak confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live online classes (individual or group) focused on spoken English, fluency, and communication confidence. Design interactive sessions using role plays, discussions, debates, and real-life scenarios. Provide personalized feedback to improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence. Track student progress and maintain regular communication. Encourage hesitant learners and create a supportive, mistake-friendly environment. Prepare simple learning materials, worksheets, or exercises if needed.
Requirements:

Excellent spoken English fluency with clear pronunciation. Prior experience in teaching spoken English, communication, or personality development preferred. Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.). Patient, friendly, and motivational teaching style. Ability to engage learners of different age groups (18-45 yrs). Availability to conduct classes during evenings or weekends (as per student demand).
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or related field (not mandatory if fluency & teaching skills are strong). Understanding of online teaching/training.
