Responsible for counselling students on study-abroad options, providing accurate information to applicants, and guiding them through the application process. Handle online enquiries, take regular follow-ups, convert leads into enrollments, achieve sales, maintain student records, and ensure excellent customer support throughout the admission journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students via calls, chats, and emails regarding study-abroad opportunities.
Provide detailed information on universities, courses, countries, eligibility, fees, and visa processes.
Handle online enquiries and generate leads from multiple platforms.
Take regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Convert enquiries into successful applications and enrollments.
Assist students with application documentation and submission.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams as required.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in education counselling or sales (study abroad preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
