Salary Structure

?8,000 Fixed Salary

?12,000 Performance-Based Pay whentarget achieve ?1 lakh within a month.

Incentives: After 5 sales

(6-10)= ?500per successful admission

(11-11+)= ?700per successful admission

Job Responsibilities

Call & counsel students who have shown interest in online courses

Explain course details, fees, EMI options & certification

Convert leads into admissions

Make 120-150 outbound calls daily

Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM entries

Submit daily performance report

Eligibility Criteria

Good Hindi communication (Basic English required)

Prior experience in telecalling / sales is an advantage

Must be target-oriented and disciplined

Smartphone, laptop (optional) & stable internet required

Comfortable with pressure & performance tracking.

Working Hours

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday)

Fixed login & logout timings

Selection Process
