Key Responsibilities
Digital Coordination:
Oversee day-to-day online operations, including website updates, digital campaigns, and online event logistics.
Content Management:
Coordinate with the marketing and communications teams to publish and maintain web content, newsletters, and social media posts.
Online Engagement:
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with online communities to build brand awareness.
Virtual Event Support:
Plan, set up, and manage webinars, virtual meetings, and live streaming sessions.
Reporting:
Track digital performance metrics, compile analytics reports, and recommend improvements for engagement and efficiency.
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and customer support teams to ensure consistent digital communication.
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling, database management, and online documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in online coordination, digital marketing, or administrative support roles.
Strong knowledge of digital tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, Google Workspace, Zoom, social media platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), or email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Experience with online event tools such as Zoom Webinar, MS Teams, or Eventbrite.
Graphic design or content creation experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
