Job Description

We are seeking for a Part-Time Online Coding Trainer who can teaches programming skills (like Python, Scratch, Web Dev) to students (kids/teens/adults) via live virtual classes, creating engaging, hands-on lessons, providing personalized feedback, and fostering problem-solving, requiring strong communication, patience, tech setup (laptop/internet), and time management for flexible hours, often evenings/weekends. Key Responsibilities

Deliver Instruction:

Conduct live, interactive coding sessions (1:1 or small groups) using platforms for subjects like Python, JavaScript, App Dev, Scratch.

Curriculum Support:

Teach pre-designed lessons, potentially adapt materials, assign projects, and help develop lesson plans.

Student Engagement:

Motivate students, make learning fun with real-world examples, and foster logical thinking & creativity.

Feedback & Assessment:

Offer constructive feedback on code, monitor progress, and communicate with parents/guardians.

Technical Setup:

Ensure a stable internet connection and a working laptop with a camera/mic.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills:

Excellent communication, critical thinking, patience, enthusiasm for teaching, time management.

Experience:

Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus; engineering background can be helpful.

Tech:

Proficiency in relevant coding languages (Python, JS, etc.).

Availability:

Flexible, often requires availability for evening or weekend classes.
