Job Description

Handle incoming customer queries through live chat platforms, website chat, and social media chat tools. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and processes. Respond to customer questions promptly with a polite and professional tone. Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions. Maintain chat quality, speed, and accuracy according to company standards. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining clarity and focus. Escalate unresolved concerns to senior support teams or relevant departments. 2. Voice Process Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support, follow-up, verifications, or service confirmations. Communicate clearly and confidently with customers using a friendly and professional voice tone. Understand customer problems, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through calls. Conduct follow-up calls to update customers on ongoing cases or requested information. Assist in surveys, feedback calls, product explanations, or lead qualification depending on business needs. Record call notes, update CRM entries, and ensure accurate data maintenance. 3. Customer Service & Relationship Management Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving. Ensure every interaction meets quality and service benchmarks. Provide personalized support when needed to create a strong customer experience. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
