Provide accurate information about Tripa Tours' packages, destinations, and services.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
