Mr Technology is a fast-growing eCommerce company dealing in mobile accessories and personalized products. We are looking for a Chat Support Executive who can provide excellent customer service through online chat platforms and ensure smooth communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries through chat support, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, delivery status, and services.
Handle order-related issues and escalate technical or complex concerns.
Maintain customer records and update details in CRM/Excel.
Manage daily chat flow and ensure quick response time.
Follow scripts, guidelines, and communication standards.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and dispatch teams for query resolution.
Work towards customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written communication and typing skills.
Good understanding of customer service etiquette.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats at once.
Basic knowledge of Excel and order management tools.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
Experience in chat support or BPO preferred; freshers may also apply.
Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduation.
