Job Description

We seek a highly organized and professional individual with at least 1 years of experience working on the YouTube platform.

Expected :

Relevant experience in the media, music, entertainment. Energetic, positive, and professional attitude In-depth knowledge of the YouTube platform, with YouTube Certification as an added advantage Additional experience with Instagram is beneficial Solid understanding of social media dynamics and trends Self-starter with the initiative to achieve high-quality results Skilled in data tracking, analysis, and record management Ability to perform well under pressure and manage time efficiently Proficient in spreadsheet creation and report generation Mastery of Office Suite tools (MS or Google), especially Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam An added advantage if proficient in multiple Indian language

Responsibilities:

Manage YouTube channels for various stakeholders, including owned, managed channels. Provide dedicated support and services to stakeholders across different channels Optimize YouTube videos to ensure clean and consistent content for partners Develop and implement strategies to meet defined goals Build and maintain professional relationships with partners through effective communication Track, analyze, and report on opportunities for growth or change Act as a resource on YouTube best practices Stay current with industry trends and provide ongoing growth strategies for YouTube channels, including programming, optimization, management, and audience development Deliver regular updates on partner progress, initiatives, and results Offer expertise in creating relevant documentation and resources for partners Monitor and analyze partner portfolio metrics, such as growth, revenue, CPMs, retention dates, and services provided
