Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our team as Customer Support Representatives in the Voice/Chat Process. Key Responsibilities: * Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and complete information about the companys products, services, or policies.
  • Effectively manage call volume and ensure proper call management.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and issues in the system, following company protocols.
  • Chat Process:
  • Engage with customers via live chat, email, or other messaging platforms, providing prompt responses to their inquiries.
  • Deliver detailed and clear information to customers to resolve their issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing chat conversations, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
  • Use predefined scripts and knowledge bases to help guide conversations and assist in resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish rapport with customers, ensuring a personal yet professional approach to each interaction.
  • Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions that enhance their overall experience.
  • Promote additional products or services that can help customers in alignment with their needs, without being overly aggressive.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating to higher-level support when needed.
  • Provide alternative solutions and ensure the customers satisfaction by following up to confirm resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate these suggestions to management.
  • Data Entry and Documentation:
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and solutions provided.
  • Maintain records in the system for future reference and reporting.
  • Adherence to Policies:
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) consistently.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.
  • Work within agreed-upon timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed as per performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Freshers with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. A bachelors degree is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally is essential.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications. Experience with CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong desire to help customers with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly on your feet and offer appropriate solutions to customers' issues.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing customer needs and priorities.

  • Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM) for chat-based roles.
