Roles & Responsibilities:



Identify and bid on suitable projects on

Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Fiverr

, and similar platforms Generate leads for

PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Digital Marketing projects

Write customized, high-quality

proposals and quotations

based on client requirements Communicate with international clients to understand project scope and expectations Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for project feasibility and estimation Manage client follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions using CRM or internal tools Achieve monthly and quarterly

business development targets

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and bidding strategies

Requirements & Skills:



1-4 years of experience as a

BDE / IT Bidder

Mandatory experience with

Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or Fiverr

Proven bidding experience in

PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and/or Digital Marketing projects

Excellent written and verbal

English communication skills

Good understanding of

IT and Digital Marketing services

Strong negotiation, client-handling, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
