Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Online Bidder to join our team and help us grow our presence on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding, client communication, and successfully securing projects. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, preparing bids, and negotiating contracts, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant job postings on Upwork and submit compelling proposals tailored to the client's needs. Maintain a strong understanding of the services we offer, ensuring bids align with our expertise and capabilities. Negotiate with potential clients to secure long-term business relationships. Maintain communication with clients during and after the bidding process, ensuring a positive experience. Monitor and manage the project pipeline, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and updates. Track bid success rates and improve bidding strategies based on performance metrics. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure project expectations are clearly defined and met.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with online bidding platforms, especially Upwork. Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft customized proposals. Ability to analyze client requirements and match them with appropriate services. Previous experience in business development, sales, or online bidding is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of the Upwork platform, including its bidding process and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira). Familiarity with various industries and project types (e.g., web development, design, marketing, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
