We are looking for a
results-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
with
2+ years of experience
in generating business through online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bidding on portals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Bid on online platforms such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn
, etc.
Identify and analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare
business proposals, quotations, and presentations
.
Communicate with international clients via email, chat, and calls.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure project feasibility.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM and sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of experience
as an Online Bidder / BDE in IT services.
Proven experience on platforms like
Upwork & Freelancer
(mandatory).
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
.
Strong understanding of
web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing services
.
Ability to write compelling
proposals and bids
.
Good knowledge of lead generation and sales strategies.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with
international clients
.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
.
Understanding of pricing models and project estimation.
