We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and securing new business opportunities on various online platforms, such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. Your primary objective will be to generate leads and contribute to business growth by successfully converting bids into projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Bid Management
: Actively search for relevant projects on online platforms, craft personalized and persuasive proposals, and submit bids in response to client requests.
Client Communication
: Maintain clear and timely communication with potential clients regarding project details, timelines, and pricing. Handle client inquiries and build strong relationships.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
: Negotiate terms, project scope, and budgets with clients to ensure both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
Market Research
: Analyze competitors' bids and market trends to develop effective strategies for bidding.
Proposal Writing
: Create detailed, customized, and well-structured proposals, highlighting the company's strengths and how its services meet client requirements.
Project Coordination
: Work with the project management and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects after securing a contract.
Lead Generation
: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling existing clients and leveraging network referrals.
Tracking and Reporting
: Maintain records of all bids and project statuses, and report on bidding performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience
: Proven experience in online bidding and freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru) is preferred.
Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
Negotiation
: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
Research Skills
: Ability to conduct market research, analyze client needs, and identify opportunities.
Time Management
: Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Tools
: Familiarity with online platforms, CRM tools, and project management software.
Tech Savvy
: Basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, or other technical services is a plus, depending on the company's offerings.
