Understand project requirements and coordinate with the internal team
Communicate with clients via Upwork chat, calls, or messages
Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing
Maintain a strong follow-up process with potential clients
Build long-term relationships with clients
Keep records of bids, responses, and conversions
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role
Strong English communication and proposal-writing skills
Good understanding of IT / design / digital services (UI/UX, web, app, branding, etc.)
Knowledge of Upwork algorithms, connects, and bidding strategies
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Experience handling international clients is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM tools
Basic understanding of project estimation and timelines
