We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Online Bidder

who can manage bidding activities on

Upwork and Freelancer

, optimize our

LinkedIn presence

, and drive

lead generation

for our IT services company.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value projects, writing effective proposals, handling client communication, and generating qualified leads through LinkedIn growth strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesUpwork & Freelancer Bidding



Identify relevant projects and submit well-researched, customized proposals Engage with clients, understand requirements, and close deals Maintain a high conversion rate through consistent follow-ups Manage profile visibility, JSS, and proposal strategy

LinkedIn Optimization & Lead Generation



Optimize LinkedIn company page and founders' profiles Improve SSI score and increase visibility in targeted markets Run personalized outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator Build a consistent inbound and outbound lead generation pipeline Create and manage LinkedIn content calendar (posts, carousels, messaging)

General Business Development



Maintain CRM entries and track lead progress Coordinate with technical teams for project estimations Build long-term relationships with potential clients Achieve weekly and monthly lead/closing targets

Skills Required



Strong communication (English writing + speaking) Experience with Upwork / Freelancer bidding Proposal writing expertise Knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, profile optimization, and outreach Understanding of IT services (web dev, mobile app dev, design, etc.) Ability to generate leads organically CRM and follow-up skills Analytical and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications



Prior experience in an IT agency Success record of winning projects on Upwork/Freelancer Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
