Analyse projects:
Review client requirements and assess project scope to determine suitability and create accurate proposals.
Write proposals:
Prepare customised and persuasive proposals and bid responses that align with client needs and the company's capabilities.
Client communication:
Interact with clients, clarify requirements, negotiate terms, and nurture relationships to secure and close deals.
Strategy and reporting:
Develop effective bidding strategies, track performance metrics, and analyse market trends to improve success rates.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to ensure proposals are feasible and projects can be delivered successfully.
Required skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with online bidding and freelancing platforms (e.g., Up work, Freelancer, Guru)
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Analytical skills to evaluate projects and market trends
Business development and client relationship management skills
Experience required from 3- 5 yrs, Kolkata based candidates can apply only.
