We are looking for a proactive and motivated

Upwork Bidder

to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have

excellent written and verbal communication skills

and a basic understanding of online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

Responsibilities:

Write and submit proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project requirements. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain daily reports of bids and leads.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English). Basic knowledge of online bidding platforms. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Comfortable with

night shift

work schedule.
