Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others by bidding on relevant projects. Strong written communication skills and a basic understanding of IT services are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on potential projects on online platforms Write effective proposals and communicate with clients Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities Coordinate with the technical team for project scope and timelines Maintain client relationships and follow up for repeat business

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Basic understanding of web Goal-oriented and self-motivated
