Job Description

Online Bidding :



Identify new business opportunities on various online platforms

(e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google etc.)

and submit well-crafted bids for

IT services and email marketing projects

.

Write and present compelling proposals tailored to the client's requirements

, showcasing the company's expertise in IT services and email marketing. Engage with potential clients through messaging, emails, and calls to follow up on bids and build rapport. Ensure proposals and bids align with the company's capabilities, budget, and timelines. Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability for the company.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:



Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for all project-related communication. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups, updates, and feedback loops. Address any client concerns or issues related to IT services or email marketing campaigns promptly and professionally.

IT Services & Email Marketing Knowledge:



Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT services

, including software development, web development, IT support, cloud services, and emerging technologies. Understand email marketing strategies, including campaign creation, automation, list management, segmentation, and reporting. Advise clients on the best solutions based on their requirements, objectives, and budget.

Market Research & Lead Generation:



Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and market trends in IT services and email marketing.

Develop a strong pipeline of leads and maintain a CRM system to track interactions, leads, and project progress.

Use social media and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to generate new leads and establish brand visibility.

Sales Reporting & Targets:



Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets by securing new projects and contracts for IT services and email marketing. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking the performance of bids, revenue, and other key metrics. Analyze the results of email marketing campaigns and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction and ROI.

Collaboration & Teamwork:



Work closely with the internal IT and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to create collateral, presentations, and content for proposals and bids.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
