We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder to generate business through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. The candidate will be responsible for bidding on projects, client communication, requirement analysis, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on online bidding platforms
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
Communicate with international and domestic clients via email, chat, and calls
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Requirements
Experience with online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of IT services, web development, or digital solutions
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
